Hi, I found the prenuptial agreement very interesting in terms of protecting my assests in the event of meeting my future partner but what if she won't sign the agreement? Can this means, I'd be taking a risk in marrying this person?

This is one of the most informative articles about prenuptial agreements that I have come across online. I started looking up details about prenuptial agreements about three years ago when my Australian friend who lives in Thailand decided to marry a Thai man. After doing some research with me and realizing that she had some doubts about the marriage, she decided to get a Thailand prenuptial agreement. She already had children with this man, and in the end, they did get divorced, and the prenuptial agreement turned out to be totally worth it. The article brings up some very important points about prenuptial agreements, like being careful about how children are written into the agreement and being aware of how business ownership might be affected. It’s a personal decision, but I think the pros outweigh the cons, especially if you have doubts or concerns about your assets.

I want to clarify that again before I sign off: the lack of the pre-nup is running my marriage into the ground. No one has any benefit from this lack of a pre-nup. My wife much rather would stay married, and while I would agree to try, I am under enormous pressure to get this financial worry settled. Post-nups in my situation are almost useless because we are on the brink of divorce. The lack of a pre-nup (timely revised and ammended) is now giving my marriage the rest. It's sad. And it's stupid. The whole point of contracts is that you make them in good times to keep you operating in bad times.
